CONCORDLEGAL is a law office based in Bengaluru engaged in legal practice, research, advisory work, drafting and representation before courts, tribunals, statutory authorities and other competent forums.

FOUNDER — ADVOCATE DR. SANDEEP K.

Dr. Sandeep K., MSW, PGDIR, LL.B., Ph.D., is the Founder of CONCORDLEGAL and a practicing advocate in Bengaluru.

He commenced full-time legal practice in August 2020, following seventeen years of professional experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations across manufacturing, automotive, logistics, service-sector and institutional environments. His earlier responsibilities included industrial relations, statutory compliance, disciplinary administration, employee relations, policy formulation and interaction with regulatory authorities. This experience provides a practical foundation for his present legal work, particularly in matters arising from employment and industrial relations.

His present practice involves legal research, advisory work, drafting, litigation and representation in criminal, civil, labour and family matters. Professional work includes preparation of pleadings, notices, agreements, statutory submissions, disciplinary documentation, compliance frameworks and written legal opinions, together with appearances and procedural work before appropriate judicial and statutory forums.

His earlier HR and Industrial Relations career involved substantial exposure to industrial disputes, employee relations, domestic enquiries, disciplinary processes, statutory compliance, labour authorities, conciliation, wage negotiations, settlements, retrenchment and workplace processes.

This combination of legal practice and prior professional experience in HR and Industrial Relations provides an informed understanding of the organisational and workplace context in which employment and industrial disputes frequently arise.

Dr. Sandeep holds LL.B. from Karnataka State Law University, Ph.D. from Karnataka University, M.S.W. from Mangalore University, P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Alagappa University, and B.A. from Mangalore University.

His professional engagement has also extended to academic teaching and professional capacity-building. He has served as teaching faculty at IBS Hyderabad, and has participated in programmes for corporate organisations, governmental bodies and academic institutions. His profile records training engagements concerning POSH, HR systems, behavioural processes and labour-law matters.

His doctoral research was undertaken in the area of coping mechanisms and bereavement, with broader academic interests encompassing organisational behaviour, workplace processes and human relations.
